| Reviews GENUKI Family History News No 67: Rob Thompson and GENUKI 13th September 2001 This is a website for the village of Castle Camps in Cambridgeshire, and it's surrounding areas. Without a shadow of a doubt this would win the award for the best village specific website I have found this year. The layout is well designed, and easy to follow, there is no getting lost on this site. The graphics load quickly, and the design of the pages is very attractive.Very much the sort of site that's makes me pine for the skills to produce, and also for one on the villages I am interested in. There is also lots of information, form links to places to find the census returns, to Hearth Tax transcriptions, notable and other families, history of the village and much more. It is a very personable site, which has obviously been put together out of a love for the area that shines through. Excellent stuff. |
